  • Athletiscism: The ability to use a variety of Motor Abilities to efficiently perform a wide range of sporting activities.
  • Sport Specific Skills: The ability to coordinate Athletiscism (specific sport actions) to execute a specific tactical objective.

 

What is the difference between Skill and Athletiscism?

 

Atlhetiscism is non-specific (not associated with a specific sport). Skill uses athletiscism in a sport specific setting to achieve a sport specific goal.
